Costa Coffee Newbridge

Photos are from 2 different visits, but my god the flavours of their coffees ☕️ are amazing, but more amazing are the staff members and that always makes the coffee taste even better.

Maple Hazel is out of this world truly try this coffee heaven.

The forest fruits with a lemon 🍋 muffin 😋 yummy in my tummy, i can't stress enough that when you have amazing staff members that welcome you with a smile means everything when one takes a small break for either lunch or breakfast, that makes customers come back and that's GOOD BUSINESS.

5 STAR 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I ordered a sweet ube latte and I received a very mid latte that doesn't even have a hint of ube taste in it. I ordered a "sweet" ube and I got a standard very mid bitter latte even my boyfriend tasted it and said it's not ube. I had high expectations but was so disappointed with the drink. Mind you the lady that served me has a shocking attitude who looked at me up and down like what's her problem. She clearly doesn't want work or just doesn't understand what customer service and clearly doesn't know what she is serving then continued talking to her colleagues. I wish I got her name but she seems to be a popular one known for her attitude. All I know is she has an accent and is not Irish. Will never come here again!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at the Costa Coffee shop today. While purchasing my coffee, I requested a cup of hot water and was refused by two staff members. To my disbelief, I was told that I would need to purchase another coffee or tea simply to get a cup of hot water. I find this policy and the attitude of the staff to be completely unacceptable customer service, especially since I was already a paying customer. I hope management will address this issue promptly to ensure that future customers are treated with the respect they deserve.
